§ 1 Definitions
Online store – online store available at www.psgroomer.pl
Seller – Polish Groomers’ Association, 93-552 Łódź, ul. Karola Bohdanowicza 2/3U, NIP: 6342731589 Customer – a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, which is granted legal capacity by law, concluding a contract with the Seller.
Consumer – a natural person, in accordance with Art. 221 of the Act of April 23, 1964 – Civil Code, concluding a legal transaction with the Seller not directly related to its business or professional activity.
Entrepreneur – means a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit that is not a legal person, which is granted legal capacity by law, conducting business or professional activity on its own behalf.
Service – electronic services provided by the Seller (Service Provider) to the Customer (Service Recipient) via the online store.
Distance contract – means a contract concluded between the Online Store Seller and the Consumer as part of an organized procedure of the distance contracting system, without the need for both parties to the contract to participate in one place and time, concluded by one or more means necessary for distance communication. up to and including the conclusion of the contract.
Sales contract – a sales contract for Goods available in the Online Store, concluded between the Customer and the Seller, through the latter.
Goods – a product, a movable item that the Customer purchases via the Online Store from the Seller.
Customer account – a set of data in the Seller’s IT system, which collects information about the Customer, including contact information and order history.
Registration form – electronic service, form available in the Online Store enabling the creation of a Customer Account.
Order form – electronic service, form available in the Online Store enabling the purchase of the Goods selected by the Customer,
Order – the Customer’s declaration of will submitted via the Online Store, clearly expressing the will to conclude a Sales Agreement, specifying in particular its conditions, as well as the type and quantity of the Goods, the method and cost of delivery, the form of payment and the Customer’s data necessary to execute the contract.
Warranty means a voluntary commitment by the manufacturer, granted on the basis of a warranty declaration, which specifies his obligations and the rights of the buyer (consumer) if the goods do not have the properties specified in this declaration. The warranty constitutes a legal basis for claiming liability from the guarantor for defective goods.
Warranty means a procedure for claiming liability by the consumer from the seller (entrepreneur) in connection with the disclosed physical defect (non-compliance with the contract) or legal defect of the purchased goods, specified in the provisions of the Civil Code.
Newsletter – a service enabling subscription and receiving electronically free information about the Seller’s Goods and promotions.
Working day – one day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
§ 2. Terms of providing services electronically
1. The content of these regulations defines the rules for the distance sale of goods by the Polish Groomers Association, as well as the use by Service Users of the psgroomer.pl online store and the electronic services offered through it.
2. The content of this paragraph of the regulations constitutes the regulations for the provision of electronic services referred to in Art. 8 of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
3. The online store psgroomer.pl publishes information about its offer via the Internet at https://www.psgroomer.pl and provides electronically – in accordance with these regulations – the following services:

The service recipient who has registered his or her account on the service provider’s website terminates the contract for the provision of electronic services by submitting a request to delete the customer’s account. The Service Recipient terminates the contract for the provision of electronic services regarding the “newsletter” service by providing the Service Provider with the e-mail address to which the subscription applies and submitting a request to remove it from the list of subscribers. The Service Provider removes the registered Customer Account and/or e-mail address from the list of subscribers without undue delay.
§ 3 Terms of sale
1. All prices of goods in the online store are given in Polish zlotys (PLN) and include all taxes such as VAT and customs duties.
2. The prices of goods available on the online store’s website do not include shipping costs.
3. If the goods are available in different variants (i.e. size, capacity, length, finishing method, etc.), prices may vary depending on the variant indicated. In this case, the prices of specific options are precisely and precisely listed. These prices are visible when adding goods to the order basket.
4. In the order basket, the consumer selects the form of delivery and payment. The total value of your order then provided includes any additional transportation, delivery or postal charges or any other costs.
5. The psgroomer.pl online store reserves the right to make changes on an ongoing basis, both in the prices of goods offered by the service provider and in the amount of fees for delivering the goods to the service recipient. Each change does not violate the rights of persons who placed online orders or concluded a sales contract before making any of the above-mentioned changes to the price lists.
6. In order for the sales contract to be concluded correctly, you must: • place an order online, i.e. on the store’s website, via the order basket, • confirm that you are aware that the order entails the obligation to make payment by activating button (activation link) “Order and pay” in the last step of the order basket.

The psgroomer.pl online store sends a message to the buyer’s e-mail address providing the consumer with clear and distinct information regarding the placed order, in particular: 1. the main characteristics of the goods to the extent appropriate for their type,2. the total price including taxes, any additional charges for transportation, delivery or postal services,3. provided in the shipping form: address and contact details to enable correct delivery of the ordered goods.
8. The Customer can place an order online without having to permanently register his/her data in the store’s database or register a Customer Account in which basic information from the shipping form will be saved so that there is no need to enter it again in the future. Registered users also have: • the ability to track the shipment online, • insight into order history, • the ability to use the functional “storage” tool.
9. In order to create a Customer Account, complete the registration form. To confirm registration, it is necessary to activate a button or similar function (activation link) contained in the e-mail information sent to the user’s e-mail address. Only confirmation of registration allows you to log in again in the future. A registered user can change the saved data at any time or permanently delete it.
10. The Polish Groomers Association provides the consumer with a VAT invoice at the time of delivery of the goods.
11. At the time of delivery, the psgroomer.pl online store delivers the goods by sending them to the consumer’s e-mail address, without undue delay, after concluding the contract, but no later than within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The place of performance is the e-mail address provided by the Consumer as the delivery address for the ordered goods.
12. The expected time of sending the parcel containing the ordered goods is: • 1 to 3 business days from the moment of receiving payment for the confirmed order, when the consumer indicated prepayment to the bank account as the form of payment.
The estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 days from the day following the shipment, depending on the selected delivery method. The total and maximum delivery date of the goods should not exceed 6 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, and in no case may it exceed the deadline provided for in section 11.
13. Paragraph Articles 11 and 12 shall not apply to sales contracts where the delivery period is essential having regard to all the circumstances surrounding the conclusion of the contract or where the consumer informs the seller before the conclusion of the contract that delivery before or within a specified period is essential. . The customer’s instruction regarding the required delivery date may be given when placing an online order, via the “Comments” field in the order basket. The psgroomer.pl online store is entitled to refuse to perform the contract if delivery within the time specified by the consumer is not possible. In such cases, if the psgroomer.pl Online Store refused to deliver the goods or did not deliver the goods within the time agreed with the consumer or in accordance with section 11, the consumer is entitled to terminate the contract immediately.
14. After termination of the contract, the psgroomer.pl online store will refund any amount paid in accordance with the terms of the contract without undue delay, no later than within 14 days from the date of termination of the contract.
§ 4 Form of payment
1. The Customer has the option of making payment for the ordered goods, according to his/her own choice:• traditional transfer to the Seller’s bank account kept by mBank to the account number: 69 1140 2004 0000 3402 8306 5683,• electronic payment …,• payment in installments
2. All accepted means of payment are marked clearly and distinctly at the beginning of the ordering process (in the order basket).
§ 5 Form of delivery
1. The ordered goods are delivered to the buyer via e-mail (@).§ 6 Cost of delivering the goods
1. The consumer will be released from the obligation to pay for the cost of delivering the goods.
2. The Customer is entitled to cancel or change the order, but no later than until the Seller sends the message confirming acceptance of the order referred to in § 4 section 6, by contacting the Seller by phone or e-mail. § 7 Complaint/return1. The consumer has the right to return the purchase at least 14 days before the upcoming event to receive a full refund. If the order is returned 5 days or less before the upcoming event, the consumer will only be able to apply for a 50% refund. § 8 Procedure complaint procedure for services provided electronically
1. The Service Provider declares that it will make every effort to ensure the fully correct and safe operation of the psgroomer.pl online store and the services provided electronically.
2. Information about irregularities, defects or interruptions in the functioning of services may be reported by the service recipient, at his/her own discretion:• by sending or delivering a notice in person to the postal address of the entrepreneur’s registered office or premises;• by sending a notice to an e-mail address;• orally to the minutes at the registered office or entrepreneur’s premises;

The service recipient may submit any other unambiguous notification on a durable medium, which will indicate at least: • name, surname and address of the person submitting the complaint, • specification of the identified irregularity, to the extent that it is appropriate for its type and the date in which it was detected ,• date of filing the complaint,• signature of the person submitting the complaint,
4. If the service recipient sends the application by e-mail, indicating consent to the processing of the applicant’s e-mail address by the entrepreneur.
5. The Service Provider undertakes to remove irregularities reported by service recipients within a reasonable time.§ 9 Final provisions
1. Information about products (in particular their descriptions, technical parameters, prices) published on the website of the psgroomer.pl online store does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. Pursuant to Art. 71 of the Civil Code, they are considered an invitation to conclude a contract.
2. The psgroomer.pl online store is not responsible for blocking by mail server administrators of sending messages to the e-mail address provided by the customer and for deleting and blocking e-mails by software installed on the computer used by the customer.
3. In matters not regulated in the regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, including: Civil Code and the provisions of the Act on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827) and the Act on the provision of electronic services of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws of 2002) . No. 144, item 1204).
4. All product names posted on the psgroomer.com.pl online store website are used for identification purposes and may be protected and reserved under the provisions of the Industrial Property Law (Journal of Laws No. 119 of 2003, item 1117).
5. The Regulations are made available free of charge, at any time, via the activation link available on the home page of the online store and in the order basket (before concluding the contract). You can print it out or save it as a file.
